In this case, McCain blindly makes a choice based on the rhetoric of his party and pressures of campaigning, while never giving half a second of thought to people like me and my girlfriend of 11 1/2 years, that live in Florida, are unable to foster, are unable to adopt, but want nothing more than to share our life with a child or children who need help, love, guidance and a friend. This is what never seems to be taken into consideration.
