I have owned a number of HP products over the years, dating back to my first laser printer in 1993. Consequently, I have purchased other laser printers, both color and monochrome, recommended to business products made by HP. However, in July of this year, all that changed and I no longer will praise Hewlett Packard.

That product was finally donated to a local charity organization in perfect working order with never a problem in all the years I owned it.  Consequently, I have purchased other laser printers, both color and monochrome, recommended to business associates, family and friends products made by HP.  However, in July of this year, all that changed and I no longer will praise Hewlett Packard, but find every opportunity to make sure these individuals steer clear of your company.
