A federal Judge in Los Angeles issued a preliminary injunction requiring a 12 mile no-sonar-zone. Bush does not have the power to overturn a court injunction, but that doesn't bother him, he's going to appeal in San Francisco. ( He knows more people there)

This is just another example of why he must be impeached NOW, right after Cheney.
He can do all kinds of damage between now and the end of his term.

Far be it for a President of the United States to place the training of our military and the security of our coasts over the *protection* of some mammals.

Let him do his job...and those interested in protecting whales pursue theirs.
