This guy is a Canadian citizen. His father took him to Afghanistan to fight. He had no choice. And he was captured after an American soldier shot him twice in the back. He had no weapons on him when he was captured.

And he is not on trial for committing an actual terrorist act, he is merely on trial for fighting the Americans.
