<P><SPAN class="location">WASHINGTON —</SPAN> A government watchdog says NASA's press office "marginalized, or mischaracterized" studies on global warming between 2004 and 2006.</P> <P>The NASA inspector general's report called it "inappropriate political interference."</P> <P>The report issued Monday found that the agency's top management wasn't part of censorship, nor were career officials.
