It will be interesting to see if damages will actually be paid after the judge ruled in favor

In its 2-1 ruling the appellate court said that medical marijuana growers can seek money damages when police raid their property and destroy their plants.

They should be allowed to grow it if they have the proper documentation saying they can. If they do then I think they'd be entitled to compensation if the police destroy it.
