I guess it all comes down to your definition of "torture" or maybe, your definition of people. As for me, the stuff they're willing to talk about publicly sounds like torture, in my opinion.

I'm at a point now where whenever Bush is strenuously trying to make a point I just assume the opposite is true. The man has no courage and no honour, and he wouldn't know reality or the truth if they spit in his face.
