How are the qualifications slanted to get the results they want? I am truly interested in why you think the article is propaganda. How many people actually get a pension these days? Pensions have been replaced by other more safe and cost effective means like 401ks, 403bs, profit sharing, company stock options, etc. Also $16/hr is a different standard in various parts of the country. You could probably not live on $16/hr in some places, others you could probably live fairly decent. My guess is that if you drop the pension from the equation, replace employer-paid health-care with employer-contribution health-care, the results would be dramatically different. Our economy is hotter than it has ever been. It just never fails that when a Republican is in office the economy is a shambles. The best indicators of a strong... Economy doing great?
