Between March and April of this year Boston residents generated more blog posts that discuss Boston than any other city in the U.S. has about their own city. Hmm, I wonder why? The article says that blogging typically is more prevalent in cities with highly political and well-educated residents. Does the fact that it is between March and April have any significance? Any thoughts?

I'm curious to see what the figures are for Australia -- so far I don't know of one Aussie friend who blogs.
