Hugo Chavez got a big round of American-hating applause when he said “it doesn’t smell like sulfur in here anymore” in reference to President Bush whom he had previously referred to as the devil.

Words are cheap and Obama used a whole lot of them to promote his socialist-light agenda to the nation last year. There might not be much in the ways of original ideas floating around in his head - just a collection of discarded Democrat lost causes from the past half century or so -

Obama has convinced himself that as a man of destiny he doesn’t have to bother with trivial matters like telling the truth or keeping his word. In an effort to sell healthcare reform to the nation that it doesn’t want, Obama habitually plays fast and loose with the truth. Obama appearing on The Late Show with David Letterman last week to promote healthcare reform smacks of desperation. How out of touch does an administration need to be to think Letterman is an appropriate venue for the President of the United States? What’s next, a guest spot on Scrubs?

“Don’t tell me words don’t matter” Obama said during the election … well sure they do, except when they don’t

Obama has given over 120 press conferences in the first 8 months of his presidency compared to around 40 for George W. Bush and Bil...

Once Obama’s magnificence eliminates all our problems, brooms standing up by themselves are going to be the lead news stories.
