Ron Paul is still contending upon principle and has not dropped out, and instead has released a best-selling book called "Revolution" to restore government to the Constitution.

He essentially says that McCain is a RINO--republican in name only--and refuses to endorse him. Yet Rudy, Romney, Fred (also RINOs) and the Party all endorse him. Paul points out that there is really little choice to restore Constitutional government, fiscal conservative spending, civil liberties, or non-interventionist foreign policy among the soon current nominee leaders.

He points out the hypocrisy of Hillary and Obama on the war, while saying that McCain is at least honest about his policy, bad as that policy is.

Seems like a good guy, but I do distrust ideologues.
