Reuters reports many people are still trapped in villages surrounded by the flames.

Those fires are really bad!

You'd think they'd be more concerned with ways to find help to stop the fires eg: burning pieces of land organised so that the fires wouldn't spread.Fire doesn't burn ashes.
I could understand that rather than midget aeroplanes spraying water on a massive infurno or putting resources into blaming people rather than looking for how to stop the blazes.
