IIIIII dont kno bout this one? The entire bottom of the pic is blurry. I believe strange things are possible. But IIIIII dont kno bout this one?

Yeah there's something wrong with the camera, likely.

The image does appear to break up and blur a few feet from the figure; could be a camera problem.

She was captured by the Google Street View cameras in Tiger Bay, Cardiff - the 
  scene of murders and unsolved mysteries going back 200 years.
