I'm sickened, as well. The affects of pedophiles on their victims last a helluva lot longer than ANY sentence.

I know a 4yr old girl who was molested at her daycare....one that had been praised to the hilt. She is a sweetheart, but now her behavior has changed. It makes me sick that the authorities aren't doing anything to the person who has ruined her life!

There are countless descriptions of unholy sexual activity condemned by the bible, even for which the death penalty is commanded by Yahweh, from bestiality to homosexuality.

However there is not one single passage anywhere in the bible specifically condemning pedophilia (that I could find).

However in Numbers 31:18 "The women children...keep alive for yourselves" could actually be interpreted as an endorsement of child molestation or rape.

And this was ordered by Yahweh.

I think Priests are surely aware of this and probably consider it a loophole. But then, how could anyone rape a child in god's face countless times...unless he was pretty damn sure...there isn't one.
