If your Windows Mobile application won't start, this could be solved simply by renaming the program's .mui file.
The clip demonstrates what is meant by this.
For the Dutch (NL) operating system the number required is 0413.

I have a swedish WM5-device. Changed mui-file from StreamingPlayer.exe.<B>0404</B>.mui to StreamingPlayer.exe.<B>041D</B>.mui (Since 041D is the swedish mui-files are supposed to have.)</DIV>

After this change the sw works just fine on my system.
