Fascinating juxtaposition of poetry and science. The truth is that technology is not exclusive of beauty, and modernity does not come at the expense of the soul. Rather, all things are moving forward, together, as one, towards some final point where all the lines converge, the remains perpetually over the horizon, but draws us all together.

i think Borges is a unique juxtaposition of poetry as playing with the geometry of language and perception & science as the juggling with mental concepts.
