 Majestic Gorgeous "White lions are a rare species found in an area of South Africa. There are thought to be 130 left in the world" I always thought that a white lion was an albino of the pride. And do not normally live long, due to it been seen as an undesirable by the mother and pride. It is through human intervention that you have a pride of white lions for the sake of siring more white lions. “Because the gene is recessive and is masked by the normal tawny colour, white lions remain rare in the wild and only occur when two lions carrying the mutant gene are mated together.” Though it is good in protecting a species, there are levels of wrong doing!
