The large freedoms that the Internet provides,
allows criminals to take advantage of millions of users each year. Policing and prosecuting internet criminals is
very expensive and difficult for many reasons. This is because criminals maybe located throughout the world and their
criminal activity may only been conducted in a particular country or municipality
and communications maybe routed through several countries. As a result, there are often jurisdictional
problems that require the involvement of local, state, and federal offices in
addition to legal translation workers and all foreign governments involved in
the crime
