Much to the chagrin of the Left.

OK- if they are poor- they STILL have to have an ID to work, get welfare, drive, have a bank account, etc, so that one is shot down.
If they are minority I don't see how they are somehow prevented from getting ID because of that...
and if they are OLD- they gotta be pretty darn OLD not to have an ID- they need it for Social Security anyway!

Common sense prevailed! Amazing.

I hope all 50 do demand. Might be a stretch for some...
