The miltary brass cannot recognize mental illness because they are all mentally ill themselves.

It is frightening that the US military could think of punishing a person for having an illness that was caused because this person was in the military, doing what she had been ordered to do, and paid to do. Any other employer would be prosecuted for failing to take due care of their employee.
