that's it. we had enough of this divorce malefic since our childhood. if the divorce rates will go on heightened, we should soon go on water-use restrictions .. ))

Actually, the divorce rates have been falling for the last twenty years or so - it peaked in the late '70s, I think. Interestingly, the states with the highest divorce rates are the "family values" bible belt & red states. Massachusetts has the lowest in the US.

A global trend of soaring divorce rates has led to a surge in the number of households with fewer people.
