You could design and sell ad patterns to delis for an advertising agency. Slap a pattern, trace it and bam, toast your way to advertising dollars.
Have a pattern bank/portfolio that the resturant owner buys into and let him have a commission on the patterns he sells. Need..A..Tracking..Method..
