Yes, the Israelis have certainly learned the lessons taught to them by the Nazis. They learned them well, and are well along the way of implementing them themselves.

You would think that a people who had been oppressed and terrorized would know better than to do that to another group of people, but Israel is a prime example that people don't really learn from history; at least not the important lessons.
