Practically and pragmatically speaking, he's a person who preys sexually on children who are not old enough to give valid, informed consent. I don't see a whole lot of difference between a 54-year-old man seducing a 14-year-old and a 54-year-old man seducing a 16-year-old – it's molestation either way.

(A 16-year-old having sex with another 16-year-old, or with someone else close to their own age, is a completely different situation, of course.)
