I always read the major founding documents at least every Independence Day and refer to them often throughout the year. This includes the Declaration, the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution itself. I've even read the Confederate States Constitution - it's actually quite close to the original, except for explicitly invoking the biblical deity in the preamble and strengthening states' rights to support slavery. There's a paragraph-by-paragraph comparison of the two at http://www.filibustercartoons.com/CSA.htm.

I've even drafted aproposal for a 28th amendment. Here it is:
