This includes the Declaration, the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution itself. I've even read the Confederate States Constitution - it's actually quite close to the original, except for explicitly invoking the biblical deity in the preamble and strengthening states' rights to support slavery. Amendment XXVIII.

Section 1. The promotion of any national holiday by any person, corporation or organization for commercial purposes more than thirty calendar days before the holiday is hereby prohibited.

Section 2. Restrictions on the commercial promotion of state and local holidays shall be under the authority of the appropriate state or local government.

Section 3. The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Section 4. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress.

Here it's less than halfway through november and I'm already sick of Christmas advertising.
