Sadr City is quiet? Oh yeah after the Maliki goverment made a truce with al-Sadr, same thing down in Basra, and of course Kurdistan could explode at any moment. Truth is that the U.S. is becoming increasingly irrelevant in Iraq, just another irritant in the region.
