<SPAN class="GreyTitle13N">מבשלים את תפוחי האדמה קלופים בסיר עד שמתרככים, מסננים,מעבירים לקערה ומועכים מעט (לא להפוך לפירה !!).
מוסיפים את הביצים, פלפל שחור והגבינות ומערבבים בעדינות.
מעבירים לפיירקס, זורים למעלה פירורי לחם וחתיכות חמאה קטנות.<BR /><DIV>
ומכניסים לתנור מחומם ל180 מעלות לחצי שעה בערך או להזהבה של החלק העליון.</DIV>
