Personally, btw, I think the USA does this a lot, if you don't know, use our cash to support dictatorships like in Egypt and Pakistan, influence recent elections in Pakistan and Lebanon, and the history of USA involvements in Central and South America is replete with such actions.

It's often all about stealing or exploiting another nations resources. The recent, last week failure of this U.S. policy in Peru was quite a victory against such forces.

I'd suspect the U.K. also contributed to this current election dissent in Iran.

It's hard enough to deal with the exposure of blatant lies used to mislead nations into the War in Iraq (Saddam having WMD's) and even when this is revealed the wars go on.

Time will tell, but the West, colonialism and imperialism appears to have had a voracious appetite for oil, gas, coal, gold, diamonds, etc. and does whatever it can to get these resources.

If these demonstrators were setting fires in the street, breaking windows and throwing stones at the police here in the USA or in your country, I don't think they would be described as "struggling for freedom." and it's terrible if they are actually just dupes in some Western scam.
