I haven't time for the two minute rule. I'm retired with grandkids. heeeheee
Meetings are the greatest time waster. Especially those meetings called to work out the agenda of the meetings about what is going to be discussed on the last day of term so that they will be in place for the first day after the holidays, or at least after the meeting on the first day back reminds you that you should have been paying attention on the last day of work when you had to be gone on holidays tomorrow. Get the ghist?

I'm not very good at this. i read emails on preview, decide i haven't time to act on them now, read them later, think "i need to do something about this", and by the time I've done this a couple more times, its way down the list and i still haven't done it.
The 2 minute rule would be good too - I write incessant lists and even include things i've done so as to feel better that i have achieved something! sad eh? !!!
