Bush Implements Neocon Lesson: Have Condi go to all the satellite states and sign missile placement deals about 100 miles from Russia, then sit back and watch Russia "invade or attack its neighbor" to disarm the threat. Meanwhile, this is precisely what the US was provoked by from Russia in the Cuban Missile Crisis!

Purpose? This is part of the neoconservative plan for "global hegemony" which Bush is now implementing just prior to leaving office, ensuring sparked conflict into the next presidency (which would also help McCain, although Obama is a CFR shill too), setting a continuation of the neocon agenda for another four to eight years.

Early in his pResidency Bush met with Putin in blue jeans at his Texas ranch. Now he will stab him in the back as he leaves office.

This is normal if one reviews US foreign policy since the 20th century and sets the stage for WWIII based upon dangerous absolute Alliances, as Condi refers to with Poland "as much as if it was a US territory"

The real purpose of the placement of Condi Rice in the administration, as the Caspian region and Russia come further into play now, is unfolding before the public. This was planned from the beginning as much as the neocons documented their blueprint for us in Sept. 2000:

Condoleezza Rice was a Chevron Director from 1991 until January 15, 2001 when she was transferred by President George Bush Jr. to National Security Adviser. Previously she was Senior Director, Soviet Affairs, National Security Council, and Special Assistant to President George Bush Sr. from 1989 to 1991.

Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence, (I conjure you to believe me fellow citizens) the jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake; since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of Republican Government.

That oil pipeline in Georgia was masterminded under then President Bill Clinton. Imagine that.

Proving that both Repubs and Dems have really bad ideas. But it's not Bill we're dealing with for the last eight years, and McSame offers us four more.

Yes, actually Clinton and Bush have too much in common! Bush had his Iraq and Clinton his Kosovo (which republicans justly criticized, but now permit) both of which Russia is comparing this conflict to.

“The things that were happening in Kosovo, the things that were happening in Iraq – we are now following the same path. The further the situation unfolds, the more the world will understand that Georgia would never be able to do all this without America.

What we are observing, and thus the bi-partisan unity against Russia (including the sycophants in the MSM that sold you the war in Iraq), is a continuous plan since Bush I (including Clinton) until now to isolate and neuter Russia while playing its friend after Reagan ended the Cold War, without any military conflict.

From among NAPSTER's (hat tip) desperate google search to blame Clinton we have more on the interesting role of Condi Rice as former Chevron director and Soviet Relations director under Bush I. Does she still have Chevron stock options as she works in their interest as Secretary of State?

A President McCain (oh God) would expel Russia from the G-8 and establish the almost cartoonish-sounding "League of Democracies" to circumvent the Russians (and Chinese) on the UN Security Council.

McCain looks at the world through the lens of the military (bomb, bomb, bomb...Iran) and confrontation, and it would be a tragedy for the United States and the world if he were elected.

Ya, what we really need is more capitulation.

Why are the no war for oil liberals suddenly so apologetic for Russia?

Chevron also has pipeline interests around the world not managed by Chevron Pipe Line. As of 2007, our net pipeline mileage worldwide was 14,075 miles (22,652 km), 12,181 miles (19,603 km) of which was within the United States. Projects outside North America include the following:

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium operates a crude oil export pipeline that runs from the Tengiz Field in Kazakhstan to the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.

The Chad/Cameroon project is developing crude oil fields in southern Chad and transporting the crude oil more than 665 miles (1,070 km) by underground pipeline to the coast of Cameroon for export to world markets.
