Extenuating circumstances? Duhhhhh....otay buckwheat. "My mommy and daddy made me marry her, so I couldn't help but blind her for life with great torture. It was because of those extenuating circumstances beyond my control."

exactly... I hate stupid defenses like that... there are NOT extenuating circumstances where ripping out someones eyes is a good solution.. i mean, if someone was raping you or trying to kill you and you took out their eye to try and get them off you, fine. makes sense.. but not this.. sorry.. this guy deserves a heck of a lot more than he got...
