Indeed. What needs to be taken apart is this idea that McCain is a maverick across-the-aisle guy who votes with Democrats a lot. Factcheck.org says he has the highest pro-Bush voting record in the Senate: 95%. Only on a couple of high-visibility bills has he worked with Dems.
If Hillary is Bush-lite, McCain is Bush-extra-strength. He is more naturally pre-disposed to the use of military force for taking down foreign governments than is Bush.
Thousands will die if this man is elected. His election would be a death sentence to American soldiers and who knows who else. I want to put a skull and crossbones beside his name every time I see it.
