Nasoethmoidal fractures are very common with road traffic accident, assault and severe trauma to face. Patients with nasoethmoidal fractures have distortion of their bony architecture with soft tissue swelling, ecchymosis, gross bleeding or hematoma. Diagnosis is generally made from high clinical suspension along with imaging techniques.
