I don't expect to blown away by logic or reason on the side of the religious or non-religious. I don't see any condemnation of Islam. I suppose an occasional beheading and setting people on fire is peaceful enough to overlook.

yay for atheist logic like Hitler, Mao and Stalin - murdering 100 million people = world without religion

Thrilling. With that kind of love, what else does the world need? Amazing that people aren't forming lines to sign up for that shit.

Oh, but that's blindly playing the blame game you say?

No kidding.

Hitler was a christian. If you do even a tiny bit of research, you'd know that, clip-on-tie.

Religion is pure ignorance and nothing more. A child's version of science. An idiot's explanation for the mysterious.

"Prayer and arsenic will kill a cow", to quote Voltaire.

If you think there's anything to your faith, try using prayer to replace an amputated limb. Try using prayer to regrow hair or lose weight. Try using prayer to resurrect your dead mother.

Get back to us with some video of your successes.

Many of the key ideas of the modern world, such as atheism, secularism, science, democracy, and naturalistic humanism, the default worldview of the modern Western secular academy, have their origin in biblical religion.
What?

Uh, WRONG! It starts wrong by presupposing these ideas didn't exist before the bible. Can't get wronger than that.

for man to be able to treat nature like a mechanism, it is necessary for the demonic inspiration of nature and man’s communion with it to have died out in human consciousness.”
Ha, ha. Ok, I get it now. At first I thought this was a serious treatise by a sane person. This article was merely to showcase the hilarity of faith pretending to have scientific validity.

Too often, religious explanations are used as dumbed-down versions of reality to explain complex natural phenomenon, usually to children; such explanations then make their way into pop folklore and get treated as real.
