Congress released a bill today that would only give Bush $50 billion for the next 4 months, with the understanding to bring all the troops home by 12/25/2008.
If Bush vetoes this bill then he gets nothing, and congress stands firm on this.
Bush is pissed, and I'm just wondering will congress give in on this or hold up to there word.
Congress values not to give in, but I'll believe it when I see it.
