In Israel wird Kriegsführung immer stärker zur Glaubenssache. Verantwortlich dafür ist das Militärrabbinat, dessen Einfluss innerhalb der Armee gewachsen ist. Doch gegen die Verbreitung ultranationalistischen Gedankenguts in der Armee regt sich auch Widerstand, wie Joseph Croitoru berichtet.
