County officials said Tuesday that Webb was in custody no longer than the law requires.

"Legally, we were OK. We didn't step on this kid's rights," said Mike Sturnick, supervisor for the juvenile probation office.

no they just screwed him is all. He doesn't even want to go back to that school again.. it will likely have a negative effect on his year & grades overall & mental stress to boot. But hey, who cares... the didn't step on his rights...

How would you feel if you were arrested & detained for days because the police couldn't bother to investigate properly?
