Let's ban foie gras from the menu and serve "la muqueuse du jour" instead, at $24 per serving. Doesn't that make your mouth water?

As the author of this article states so well:

IMO anyone involved in the despicable foie gras industry in any capacity should be forced to consume the above mentioned substance.
