There is a Loess Hill Wind Farm that includes 1.25 megawatt wind turbines that can generate 16 GW hours or 16 million kilowatts hours annually. </SPAN></DIV><BR /><DIV><SPAN>There are 1,400 people living in the city and each year </SPAN><SPAN>businesses</SPAN><SPAN> and people spend around 13 GW hours of electricity.</SPAN></DIV><BR /><SPAN><DIV>The electric company called Missouri Public Utility Alliance is the one to buy excess of electricity when available. Then the company will supply the required power if there's not enough wind energy. An excess of wind <SPAN>energy</SPAN> will not be stored but fed into Rock Port's high <SPAN>voltage line</SPAN>.
