Police say he went to the toy section and dropped his pants. </p> <P>Hill is accused of exposing himself to children and adults inside the store. He is now charged with indecent exposure. </p> <P>Hill has been an employee with Fayette County Schools since 1987. It's unknown how long he's been at Picadome, but school leaders say Hill did pass all criminal background checks. </p> <P>They also say this is the first reported incident in the 20years he's been with the school district.
