Can anybody translate Kasparov's comments?

Does it really matter what he was saying, that was funny.

Kasparov said:

"That is what sort of discussion is being offered us.
The set of their tools is located below loins."

A voice from auditorium: "That is how the Power shows us its face"

Kasparov: "Not that's not a face. OK, let's accept it as its face"
