I think everyone KNOWS how NOT to procrastinate, that is not the problem. The problem is we procrastinate.

Well, I'm sure everyone knows not to do it. But in what way is this helpful, you ask? Print it, tape it to your forehead/ computer monitor so you can guilt yourself into not procrastinating every time you look at it. ^_^
