I use this on my desktop and I can follow Digg, Youtube, Flickr,Del.icio.us bundles, Twitter, E-mails, SHOUTcast, calendars, RSS feeds and more.

It is skinnable, flexible and have transparency mode as well.

looks great i have just made mine smaller with google bar ,,but not as good as this
