Must be URGENT! And 30 YEARS OLD!

It's multi-layered, when you look at it. Not only is it a telegram (what?), it's not even a real one – it's a piece of postal mail made to look like a telegram!

So not only do their voters not use the Internet, they apparently can't tell the difference between this arrived in the mailbox with the junk mail and bills and other ordinary things and this was delivered direct to me, individually, for immediate receipt.

That seems to go hand in hand with their cluelessness about things being recorded on video.
