So what's the secret for making Amplify work with clipmarks?

I prefer to use Chrome but there was no Clipping Tool available. Thanks to Tidbit2, I signed into Amplify and started a free account. Drag the Amplify It to your toolbar and use it as your clipping tool (it works the same way) and select Clipmarks to post your find here. I'm new at this, but it's pretty cool! I'm sure others are much more proficient!

I still got the problem of not being able to use "Amplify" and then get it to post to "Clipmarks", while using Chrome. Seems like I keep getting blocked by "popups" not being allowed. Are you able to use Chrome and Amplify, and get it on over to Clipmarks?

Yes - it's pretty automatic. I'm sorry that you are having difficulties. II saw a "popup blocked" message in the lower right corner of my screem - when I clicked on it, it gave me the option to allow popups in Amplify.

Yea...I heard about that "popup blocked" thingy..... I look for it next time and it might just work. Thanks.

I think we need a troubleshooting service or forum for clipmarks/amplify and related services
and somewhere to post suggestions for the evolution of these services in an easy to follow easily accesible way
a brainstorming space in otherwords
I love the fact that amplify posts to twitter and tumblr
tis great stuff altogether
also a chat service on the site similar to whats available in facebook would be great

Good idea - being new to Amplify is trial and error for me. Having some experience in Clipmarks helped quite a deal, but I still need to muck about to figure things out. I haven't figured out how to find people (like you) on there. I just lucked out in finding a couple of Clippers. A chat service is an excellent idea. I would have never tried Amplify if I didn't see your clip.
