[and she's off!] Oh, boy is she off. How about her "buddy", McCain, palling around with a leader of an Axis of Evil country (Saddam Hussein)? Does that one just get a pass? Someone stick a cork in her. Six months is too long to wait for her to become a nobody again. and i'm still concerned about here connections with the Alaska Independence Party. Funny how Blitzer didn't get around to asking about that. Some people, after going to prison to pay their debt to society, actually turn their lives around. Some even go further and help society. Shouldn’t we applaud the people who give of themselves to help the disadvantaged among us? Shouldn’t we have a big enough heart to see past a persons youthful indiscretions and give them credit for giving back to society? More to the point, shouldn’t Sarah Palin, being the self professed Christian that she claims to be, filled with all the forgiveness and love that a Christian is supposed to be capable of giving, shouldn’t she forgive William Ayers? Chicago did. The city awarded him Citizen of the Year in 1997 for his work on re-shaping Chicago’s sch... Good comment, Spirithiker! Right you are. But she is convinced he is unrepentant, because the Right took his comment "I wish I'd done more" to mean more bombing. So she probably figures he still looking for a way to bomb the Pentagon. When Republicans find a lie they like, it's like trying to get a bone away from a Great Dane. They hold on for dear life, growling and baring their teeth the entire time. |
