This is Bulls***! When I pitched baseball, I got hit by a return ball 2 times in my younger days. When a batter gets hit by a pitcher, do we sue a pitcher who happens to be throwing a curve ball, because the pitcher was trying to be sneaky? Or, maybe the batter couldn't move fast enough? Judge should overrule this -- why did the idiot judge allow it to go to trial????

What cause the ball to travel at greater speed is how fast the Batter swings the Bat. The judge obviously didn't take Bat Speed into account when he made this clearly wrong decision.
