Who paid you to say what you said on clipmarks? I just got back from the sky bridge and it was one of my worst experiences ever. My friends and I are appalled at the misrepresentation the advertisements portray this place. The bridge does not nearly extend out as far as the "Paintings" show. You are not allowed to take a camera on the bridge. They make you leave your stuff at a check in. Even fanny packs securely attached to you. They claim it is so n othing falls on the glass, but it is really so you don't sneak a camera on the bridge. They will take your picture on it for a fee.

You are not allowed to take a camera on the bridge. They make you leave your stuff at a check in. Even fanny packs securely attached to you. They claim it is so n othing falls on the glass, but it is really so you don't sneak a camera on the bridge. They will take your picture on it for a fee.
There are only dirt roads leading to the sky bridge. You can only access it once you drive the 14 dirt bumpy car breaking miles to get to the airport where you catch a coach bus for the 2 minute ride to the bridge. Your bus driver will tell you he accepts gratuities for this ride!

It is extremely expensive, the "Indian village" totally fake and unrealistic. The Natives repeatedly asking for "tips" after we are forced to pay $49+ just to get near the bridge plus another $25 to go on it. This is more than anyone would ever want to pay out of their pocket for this, Um, thing.

The biggest joke of all was the "buffet dinner". Cold bbq beef, no bread to put it on (although in the other line some people got a tortilla), a third ear of corn (no butter for it), warm water and warm unsweetened tea to drink, do you call that a buffet?. There were teeny pieces of chicken too, but we were allowed only one choice of meat. Then we had to eat it outside in the dust storm.

I will do all I can to inform people of this total rip off!

The first two pics are the ones that are advertised and are nothing but paintings. Pay particular attention to the one with the girl sitting on the rocks. Above her head is the tongue of the sky bridge. It really shows that since the rocks below jut out, it makes it stick out even less over the canyon. Check out the "indian Village" tour that cost $49.95 (you had to take the tour to get to the Skybridge).

If you want a fun trip to the Grand Canyon, try staying at the Grand Canyon Railroad Hotel in williams. Catch the train from there to the Canyon where you can take a bus tour of the rim. There are many stops with some awesome views. There are package deals that include meals which are fairly decent. Before you take off on the train there is a wild west show that while fake is funny and entertaining. There is live entertainment on the train, kinda cheesy but entertaining anyway. On the way back up grade to the parlor car for free champagne and comfort. Be ready to get "robbed" by those same boys in the wild west show. They actually come riding on horses, stop the train and rob you of ...
