This small clip is from an article about a research study. The study suggests that a compound in red wine (resveratrol) may protect the heart against the effects of aging.

I must agree with researchers that going hungry is a rather steep price to pay for longevity. I'm not sure I want to live longer if I have to be desperately pining for food the whole time. But having a glass of red wine? That I can do.
