thisnamecantbetaken says: Where do memories reside? This is so weird! It's actually pretty creepy, I reckon. If you accept that amputees suffer pain in their none existent limb, then this does not seen far fetched! A 29-year-old lesbian and a fast food junkie received a heart from a 19-year-old woman vegetarian who was "man crazy." The recipient reported after her operation that meat made her sick and she was no longer attracted to women. If fact, she became engaged to marry a man. If it was a lesbian who was a vegetarian who got a fast junkies heart, then it would have made a better story, don't you think? No? "A No Brainer?" has sex on my brain! *LOL* right hand. seems memory goes much more far than what i used 2remember .. I remember reading some stories about this when they 1st started heart transplants in the 70's as I recall & the Bible speaks of desire being seated in the heart of man so it makes sense to me. Feelings are vibrational as is thought & therefore electromagnetic in nature. As such it should be able to be stored & retrievable. I think it's wonderful there are ones taking it seriously & using it to help. interesting stuff.... I can attest to this. I had a Liver Transplant in 2002. Ever since the transplant I have had cravings for Ice Cream and chocolate. Prior to the transplant I never had any cravings for sweets. I believe my donors name is Charlie, but no one ever told me his name. I also got a strong urge to finish college. While recovering I insisted to my rehabilitation counselor that I wanted to go back to school. I graduated with a BA in Liberal Studies on May 15, 2004, and am now in graduate school for an MS in Strategic Leadership. I just did a clip, because there seems to be something worth investigating tncnbt posted the link, but as I was wondering about a comment, and read allenmarkowski's comment about vibration, and remembered reading that.sections of the body operated on a particular frequency, with variations according to individuals. These frequencies may be beyond our ability to detect with instruments, the nervous system, is more sensitive to them. I also saw a video which is vaguely related which had cases of people with amputated limbs, who felt pain, and paralysis in phantom limbs. The way they overcame this memory, was to introduce a mirror so the remaining limb could be seen in the reflection, and the... the codex for our memories is holographic, any piece being a fractual of whole... and desires to harmonize unite fractuals yet remain windows or door ways...psychromety also works along these lines.. Thanks for your comment zadoz. I concur & here is just one link on psychometry... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychometrics |
